SERHANT IS HERE!

Congrats to everyone who took part in the Serhant announcement yesterday! As all of us in the real estate industry watch, it is an exciting time. I feel like I missed my opportunity in a way so I thought I would go ahead and share with you for a minute about Epique Estates Luxury which is live and has a lot to offer in the luxury space. When I had originally joined Compass it was with the objective to network and work more in the luxury real estate spaces. Knowing what a commitment this genre of business is, I was excited to hear about a program that was making a commitment in supporting luxury agents. An exclusive network to rival Private Exclusives and off market networks (which I think will also leak into more mainstream higher end median price points) is in place and I understand this will in the future be across multiple brokerages. Marketing and branding support with partnerships like Luxury Presence and other tools to elevate our business are ready to plug in and go.
